In Veselí nad Moravou, the multifunctional building at Svatoplukova 620 has been given not only a new look but also a new lease of life thanks to the newly opened Rossmann and Pepco stores. It now better fulfills its function in this developing part of the city. The former general store on the first basement floor has been replaced by a Pepco store, and the former casino and bar on the ground floor has been replaced by a Rossmann drugstore. As part of the renovation, the building received a new facade and entrance to the stores. The aim was to improve the building not only technically but also aesthetically. The signage for the bowling alley on the upper floors of the building has been redesigned to better match the new retail units.

The Holešovice store offers a truly wide range of products not only for the approximately 30,000 residents of Holešovice, but also conveniently serves newcomers to the newly built Bubny Zátory district. The dynamic development of Holešovice is far from over. The connection to Karlín via a footbridge over the Vltava River makes the Holešovice store accessible to Karlín residents as well. With the newly built train station and the Bubny-Zátory district, life in Prague 7 Holešovice is getting a new boost.

The ground floor of the building at Zvolenská 526 in Prachatice has been given a new facade with the newly opened Pepco store. In addition to extensive reconstruction and modification of the interior for the needs of the retail store, the surrounding area has also been improved. Pepco replaces the former casino and is a more than worthy successor in this busy location just a few minutes from the historic city center.
